AWN-UAW has been conducting climate surveys to learn about common issues among GAs and Postdocs to identify areas  where our workplace and work contracts could be improved. Over 200 GAs and Postdocs have already responded. Below are some of the clearest issues experienced by GAs at UNR and UNLV.
